Brad + Dex
Brad is the Owner and Founder of Red Beard and Dexter has been by his side from the very beginning in 2014.
As a small business owner, Brad does a little bit of everything at Red Beard out of necessity, but his passion is working with the dogs, specifically leash work and outdoor adventures.
When he’s not at Red Beard he enjoys playing/watching baseball and spending time in the woods with Dexy.
Noel
Red Beard had the good fortune of finding Noel not long after she moved to Greensboro from Charlotte. Noel is a small business veteran who has years of managerial experience at both a dog kennel and coffee shop.
Harty’s main gig is running our enrichment program, but she can handle anything we throw at her! Noel has a cat named Theo, a fresh kitty named Merlot, cool house plants and a basement full of cookies!
Amanda + Ava
Amanda joined Pack Red Beard as a kennel tech but quickly expanded into Enrichment. She is calm and kind with with dogs, and handles even the rowdiest of pups in stride.
Amanda and her dog Ava have an arsenal of tricks in their back pocket, and used to do lure coursing back when she was in her prime!
When she’s not at Red Beard you can find her chilling with Ava and her kitties Enzo and Ellie.
Kelsea + Elsa and Cleo
Kelsea is the Wizard behind the curtain at Red Beard. As our Operations Manager, she handles a lot of moving parts and stays one step ahead of all the challenges that get thrown at a small business.
Kelsea is also a dog trainer, but she wouldn’t say that. However she runs a thriving Day Training program from her home in Raleigh and works with her two dogs on the daily. Kelsea is a damn good photographer/creative to boot. Thankfully, she’s on our team!
Connor + Ramona
We plucked Connor from the local SPCA to join our Enrichment team. She has an extensive background with dogs and her calm and steady presence is the special touch needed to thrive in our environment.
Connor enjoys spending time with her Great Dane Ramona, playing video games, cycling, BMX trick competitions and mountain biking.
Gabe + Cole
Gabe is our resident Enrichment dad. He opens up for us every morning and welcomes every dog that comes through the gate with open arms and a genuine greeting.
Gabe has a diverse work background, but fell in love with spending time with dogs every day while working at a doggy daycare. This connection made him a natural fit for us and we’re glad to have lured him to our side!
At home, Gabe enjoys playing Xbox, reminiscing about the heyday of pro wrestling and hanging with his family and dog Cole.
